ビザが発給されると次のようなVisa Grant
Notification Letterが届きます。
内容を読み、ビザのコンディションを理解して下さい。

I am pleased to advise you that your electronic
application for a Student (Temporary)(Class TU)
visa has been approved. You have successfully been
assessed against OFFSHORE ELICOS SCTR (WEB) (TU
570). This visa expires on 27/07/2003 and provides
you with multiple entry to Australia.
You should carefully note the period of stay this
visa allows, and you should enter Australia before
your course commences. You may only stay in
Australia for the period of your visa. Any further
stay in Australia must be authorised by the grant
of a further visa.
Electronic student visa grants do not require
evidence, that is, you will not need a visa label
in your passport. However, you may wish to print
and keep a copy of this advice with you when you
travel.
Your visa for study in Australia has been approved
subject to a number of conditions. An explanation
of the conditions attached to your visa is as
follows.
YOUR VISA CONDITIONS
NO WORK - Condition 8101
This condition means that you cannot work in
Australia.
Note: Applications for a student visa with
permission to work can only be made in Australia
after you commence your study.
SATISFY COURSE REQUIREMENT - Condition 8202
This condition means that you must satisfy course
requirements:
* you must remain enrolled in a full-time
registered course;
* you must attend at least 80% of the contact
hours scheduled for each term or semester of the
course, or, if your course is shorter than a
semester, for the duration of your course; and
* you must have a satisfactory academic result for
each term or
semester, or, if your course is shorter than a
semester, for the duration of your course.
Note: If you do not satisfy course requirements
then your visa is
subject to
automatic visa cancellation.
NO CHANGE OF EDUCATION PROVIDER - Condition 8206
This condition means that you must study with the
education provider(s) with whom you originally
enrolled for the first 12 months of your course(s)
or for the duration of your course(s) if the
course(s) is for less than 12 months. You may
apply in Australia for a student visa allowing you
to change education provider(s) if you have
exceptional circumstances.
Note: You should always notify your education
provider if you are changing to another provider,
regardless of the requirements of this condition.
Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of
your visa and you may be required to leave
Australia. See also condition 8533 requirements.
MAINTAIN APPROVED HEALTH COVER - Condition 8501
This condition requires that you maintain adequate
arrangements for health insurance during your stay
in Australia. Generally this means that you must
maintain approved Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
INFORM YOUR EDUCATION PROVIDER - Condition 8533
You must notify your education provider of your
address in Australia within 7 days of arrival, and
notify your education provider of any change in
your address within 7 days. Also, you must advise
your education provider within 7 days if you
intend to change to another provider and/or if
another education
provider issues you with an electronic
Confirmation of Enrolment certificate.
It is very important that you understand and abide
by all the conditions of your visa. If you fail to
abide by these conditions, your visa may be
cancelled and you will be required to leave
Australia.
If you are unsure of the visa conditions attached
to your student visa, please contact the nearest
Australian Government office overseas for advice
before you travel. Once in Australia, you may seek
advice from the nearest office of the Department
of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous
Affairs
(DIMIA) by telephoning 131 881.
Please note that if you obtain a new passport
after receiving this advice you will not be able
to travel to Australia because the visa is linked
to the passport number that you provided in your
application. You will need to either contact DIMIA
by e-mail (eVisa.Students.Helpdesk@immi.gov.au) or
your nearest
Australian Government office overseas for advice.

−ビザの期限を必ずご確認下さい。
−この学生ビザはビザを申請した時のパスポート番号とリンクしております。ビザ
取得後のパスポートが変わった場合はそのパスポートで入国が出来ません。万が一パスポートが変わる場合はDIMIA（イミグレーション）に連絡をする必要があります。
※ビザコンディション
■NO WORK - Condition 8101
このビザでは就業ができません。アルバイトをする場合は就業許可のついたビザを取得する必要があります。また、就業許可のビザはコース開始後にのみ申請可能です。
■SATISFY COURSE REQUIREMENT - Condition 8202
* フルタイムのコースに登録しなければならない
* 各タームで80%以上の出席率が必要。
* 各タームで良い成績を収めなければならない。
注）出席率が80%以下であったり成績があまりに悪いと学生ビザがキャンセルされますので気をつけて下さい。
■NO CHANGE OF EDUCATION PROVIDER - Condition 8206
最初に申し込みをした期間の最初の12ヶ月（申し込み期間が12ヶ月未満の場合は申し込みした期間）は学校の変更は出来ない。
■MAINTAIN APPROVED HEALTH COVER - Condition 8501
オーストラリアに滞在中健康保険（OSHC)に加入しなければならない。
■INFORM YOUR EDUCATION PROVIDER - Condition 8533
オーストラリアに到着後7日以内に学校にオーストラリアでの滞在先住所を報告しなければならない。住所変更がある場合は変更後7日以内に報告する。
留学生はビザ無しではオーストラリアに滞在が出来ません。またこのビザのコンディションはとても重要で、コンディションに反するようなことがあればビザはキャンセルされ滞在はできなくなります。
